Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for payment processing. After processing please allow 1-2 business days to fulfill your order. Total of 5 days before shipping product. 

Below is a breakdown of shipping time for each product. 

Ready To Ship Units ships immediately after your payment is processed. (1-2 business days)

 

Custom Units are constructed and shipped within 7-14 business days.

 

SBS Units: Virgin hair units ships between 3-5 business days and Raw hair units ships between 7-14 business days.

 

Shipment may be delayed due to COVID. Once your payment is processed I will begin to construct your unit. 

 

LOCAL ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SAME DAY PICK UP.(Only On Hand Items)

NO SHIPPING ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

 

ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12PM WILL BE PACKAGED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
